Our sample storage facilities provide a secure and organized environment protected from contamination, loss, deterioration, or unauthorised access while maintaining full traceability when required.
Samples submitted for analysis, including pulps and rejects, are retained free of charge at our laboratory for a limited number of days, starting from the day we issue the final Certificate of Analysis. Reasonable monthly charges will apply to samples stored for longer periods in our facilities.
